The parties hereby agree that:1. The consulting firm is committed to providing resource development and fundraising services to the client as an independent contractor. 2. The consultant must be accessible and available to attend meetings to discuss, review or otherwise consult funding proposals and fundraising for fees to be determined on a case-by-case basis.9.
